Hollie

Hollie is a behavior specialist with Amazing-Life KY, working with individuals who receive services from Michelle P. Waiver and Supports for Community Living. She has a Bachelor’s of Psychology from Georgetown College and a Master’s in Exceptional Education from Western Kentucky University. Hollie has a desire to help individuals lead the most independent lives possible while working on skills to help improve their daily functioning. She works on building strong rapport with all team members to facilitate treatment goals that are important and valued by the individual.
Hollie has worked with adults and children in various settings, but primarily the home and community environments. She has experience with a wide range of behavioral deficits and abilities and enjoys fostering positive daily life and social skills progress. Assisting in creating opportunities for meaningful social interactions with her clients is important to Hollie. She aspires to provide this opportunity for all individuals under her care, regardless of behavioral and social skill challenges. Hollie is passionate about being an encourager, an advocate for her clients and loves helping people better understand the world around them. In her free time, Hollie enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and going to church.

Michelle

Positive Behavior Support Specialist
Serving Warren, Simpson, Logan, Butler, Allen, Barren, and Edmonson counties
Michelle is a recent graduate of Capella University graduating with a Masters degree in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis. Over the past 15 years she has worked with the special needs population in a variety of capacities including psychiatric, ABA clinic, case management, and in home therapy. Michelle is excited to step into her new role as a Behavior Therapist, providing personalized care to children and adults. Michelle is passionate about teaching functional alternative skills that can reduce behavior challenges, and increase client independence.

Liz
MA, PBSS
Positive Behavior Support Specialist
Serving Warren, Simpson, Logan, Butler, Allen, Barren, and Edmonson counties
Liz is originally from New York but grew up in South Florida. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Central Florida in Psychology and went on to complete a teaching certificate and became certified to teach Special Education K-12 and Early Childhood Education. After teaching for several years, Liz received a Master’s Degree in Special Education/Learning and Behavior Disorders. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and plans to become Board Certified in the near future. Liz's passion is working with individuals with unique needs. She specializes in Autism, but has provided services to a variety of needs and diagnoses. Liz is well-versed in speech, physical, behavioral, and occupational therapies. She loves to collaborate with schools, other providers, adult day training, community partners, families, and treatment centers. Liz's motto is: “If I don’t know the answer to something, I guarantee I will find someone who does!”

Madeline
MA, BCBA, LBA

Serving McCracken, Ballard, Graves, and Marshall counties
Madeline is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist out of Paducah, KY. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology. While living in Bowling Green, KY for over 5 years she fell in love with the field of ABA and decided after graduating with her Master's that she wanted to move back home to be closer to family. Madeline is currently pursuing her BCBA certification and LBA licensure in the coming months. Madeline's passion is about finding functional alternatives for behaviors to help individuals lead more fulfilling and sustainable lives.

Rebecca
Ed.S., LPCC

Rebecca is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for establishing positive, supportive relationships with families, caregivers, and participants. With a strong academic background and a wealth of experience in the field of mental health, Rebecca is committed to ensuring person-centered compassionate and collaborative care for her clients. Rebecca specializes in evidenced based interventions in areas including, but not limited to: development of comprehensive functional assessment and positive behavior support plan, discrete trial training, formal data collection and analysis of target behavior, development of teaching procedures to address skill deficits, creation of visual teaching materials and provides advocacy on behalf of each individual to ensure appropriate treatment, training, and protection of rights. Rebecca's career has been marked by a focus on providing behavioral and mental health services to diverse populations throughout Western KY. Her approach emphasizes building on individuals' strengths to achieve lasting personal growth, reducing maladaptive behaviors, enhancing coping skills, and developing adaptive life skills.
Rebecca Miller, LPCC, a native of O'Fallon, Illinois, has been a resident of Kentucky since 2000. She graduated from Murray State University, earning her Bachelor's degree 2004. Her journey of academic and professional growth continued as she obtained her Master's in Human Development in 2009, followed by a Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2011.
In addition to her professional achievements, Rebecca is a devoted wife, married to her husband, Shawn, for 14 years. In her leisure time, she enjoys relaxing by the lake, reading, and traveling.

Julie

Positive Behavior Support Specialist
Serving Crittenden, Caldwell, Lyon, Livingston, Union, McCracken, Marshall, and Graves counties.
Julie has a Master's degree in Learning and Behavior Disorders, School Counseling and Mental Health. She has taught 27 years in elementary education, special education focusing on behavior disorders, and school counseling. She has worked with students who have experienced emotional behavior challenges and various learning challenges. Julie has also worked with individuals who have attention deficit hyperactive disorders, Autism spectrum disorders, and obsessive defiant disorders. Julie enjoys working with individuals to improve their skills to improve their daily functioning so that they can be productive in the school setting, community setting and daily living in the home setting.

Ashley

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Education, from Murray State University. She went on to get her Master's degree in School Counseling and added an additional advanced post-master's for Education Specialist from the University of the Cumberlands. Ashley is committed to supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and enjoys providing a comprehensive approach to mental and behavioral health services, keeping the client's needs at the center. She has a passion for fostering self-advocacy, empowering clients to develop self confidence and skills necessary to navigate their personal and social environments successfully. Ashley values family collaboration and works closely with caregivers to create meaningful, lasting growth. Ashley takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals and families she services, ensuring a supportive and effective approach to care. She is dedicated to making a positive impact by enhancing the well-being and independence for those she supports.

Jessica
MA, BCBA, LBA, PBSS
Positive Behavior Support Specialist
Serving McCracken and Ballard counties.
Jessica graduated with a Masters in ABA with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2018. Prior to this, she worked 6 years in the ABA world as an RBT. Jessica loves working on behaviors that are inhibiting a client's success in multiple settings. Working as a PBSS allows her to work with participants in the community as well as in the home. Jessica has most of her experience working with early intervention but she is excited and enjoying stepping into working with teens and adults. She also has experience working on toleration and desensitization skills for situations such as haircutting, dentist visits, and nail cutting. For her, finding a functional and appropriate alternative behavior that helps increase independence for her participants is what drives her in this field. In her free time, Jessica enjoys DIY projects and spending time with her dogs Hoosier (mini dachshund) and Rookie (mini aussiedoodle).

Will

Will Jones is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist who partners with children, adults, and families to build practical skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and create positive routines that support everyday life. He believes that meaningful progress starts with trust, strong relationships, and understanding what truly matters to each individual and family.
Will holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from Campbellsville University and is currently pursuing an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. He is actively working toward advanced certification in Positive Behavior Support and brings a practical, compassionate approach that balances structure with flexibility.
Will enjoys working with both children and adults by helping them grow in confidence across school, home, and community settings. His approach is collaborative and encouraging, with a focus on what works best for each individual and family. Guided by faith and a heart for service, Will approaches his work with purpose and compassion and is especially passionate about creating opportunities for individuals to feel included, capable, and valued in their communities.

Outside of his professional role, Will is deeply involved in his community, serving as a youth basketball coach, mentor, and active civic participant. He believes strong communities are built through positive relationships, presence, and service. As a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc., Will values leadership, service, and uplifting others—principles he carries into his work each day. He believes that making a real difference requires intentional action and strives to encourage and advocate for those he supports while helping individuals and families improve their quality of life and feel respected, included, and empowered.

Kevin
M.Ed., PBSS
Positive Behavior Support Specialist
Serving Calloway, Lyon, McCracken, Graves, Marshall and Christian counties
Kevin earned his Master of Education from the University of Kentucky in 2001 and has spent his career supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. He has worked with children ages 5 to 18 across multiple settings including public schools, church programs, online teaching, and homeschool cooperatives. He also spent 10 years as a dedicated stay-at-home parent and homeschooled his two daughters for part of that time, which deepened his appreciation for family-centered learning and support.
For the past 18 months, Kevin has been providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician. He values compassionate care and believes strongly in collaboration with families and team members. Kevin is passionate about meeting participants where they are, honoring their unique strengths, and developing individualized interventions that promote meaningful progress.

He is excited to expand his experience by working with adults and is currently pursuing his BCBA certification and licensure.
